H.R. 5727, the Emery County Public Land Management Act of 2018, establishes the San Rafael Swell Western Heritage and Historic Mining National Conservation Area in the State of Utah, designated wilderness areas in the State, and provides for certain land conveyances. Passed by Voice Vote
