This bipartisan legislation would designate the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone as the Ronald Wilson Reagan Exclusive Economic Zone.

Huffman Amendment 028 – Arbitrary and Unnecessary Condition to Bill Becoming Law – (Failed 24-14. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would make this designation virtually impossible by making it contingent on an arbitrary United Nations resolution that the United States Senate, controlled by Democrats, has yet to ratify.
