Markup Action:

H.R.  520 (Rep. Mark E. Amodei), To require the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture to more efficiently develop domestic sources of the minerals and mineral materials of strategic and critical importance to the economic and national security and manufacturing competitiveness of the United States, and for other purposes.  “National Strategic and Critical Minerals Production Act.”

The Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 520 by unanimous consent.

H.R. 520, as amended, was adopted and ordered favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a roll call vote of 21 yeas and 16 nays.

H.R. 4731 (Rep. Stacey E. Plaskett), To extend the retained use estate for the Caneel Bay resort in St. John, United States Virgin Islands, and for other purposes.

The Subcommittee on Federal Lands was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 4731 by unanimous consent.
