BACKGROUND:

This hearing will focus on ongoing boundary negotiations between the U.S. and Mexico and the U.S. and Canada. It will also cover offshore oil and natural gas development by the nations of Cuba and The Bahamas and how the manner in which they conduct offshore energy development impacts our shores.
