This amendment made a number of revisions to the “findings” section in response to input received on the bill since its introduction, corrects the map title, and ensures compliance with House Rules by dedicating any funds received by the Forest Service under this bill to the treasury for deficit reduction. The amendment also struck the reversionary language in response to the Forest Service’s testimony given during the legislative hearing on the bill.
