The Committee on Natural Resources will hold its organizational meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 10:15 a.m., in Room 1324 Longworth House Office Building.

Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-AR) offered the proposed Committee Rules for the 118th Congress. The following amendments were offered to the proposed Rules:

• Representative Matt Rosendale (R-MT) offered an amendment designated Rosendale #1. The amendment was agreed to by a roll call vote of 26 to 12.

• Ranking Member Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) offered an amendment designated Grijalva #1.
The amendment was not agreed to by a roll call vote of 14 to 24.

• Ranking Member Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) offered an amendment designated Grijalva #2.
The amendment was not agreed to by a roll call vote of 13 to 25.

• Representative Jared Huffman (D-CA) offered an amendment designated Huffman. The amendment was not agreed to by a roll call vote of 14 to 25.

The Committee Rules for the 118th Congress, as amended, were adopted by a roll call vote of 25 to 14.

Chairman Bruce Westerman offered the Staff Resolution for the 118th Congress.
