H.R. 1778 (Rep. Liz Cheney), To provide that an order by the Secretary of the Interior imposing a moratorium on Federal coal leasing shall not take effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted, and for other purposes.

The Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 1778 by unanimous consent.

H.R. 1778 was adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a roll call vote of 17 yeas and 12 nays.
