The Committee on Natural Resources met in open session on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, and reconvened on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, to consider the following bills:

H.R. 210 (Rep. Don Young of AK), To facilitate the development of energy on Indian lands by reducing Federal regulations that impede tribal development of Indian lands, and for other purposes. “Native American Energy Act”

The Subcommittee on Indian, Insular and Alaska Native Affairs and Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources were discharged from further consideration of H.R. 210 by unanimous consent.

H.R. 210, as amended, was adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a roll call vote of 25 yeas and 15 nays.

H.R. 424 (Rep. Collin Peterson), To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue final rules relating to listing of the gray wolf in the Western Great Lakes and Wyoming under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and for other purposes. “Gray Wolf State Management Act of 2017”

H.R. 424 was adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a roll call vote of 24 yeas and 15 nays.

The Subcommittee on Federal Lands was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 1488 by unanimous consent.

H.R. 1488, as amended, was adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by voice vote.

H.R. 2600 (Rep. David Young of IA), To provide for the conveyance to the State of Iowa of the reversionary interest held by the United States in certain land in Pottawattamie County, Iowa, and for other purposes.
