"Yosemite Rim Fire Emergency Salvage Act"
  • H.R. 3189 (Tipton), To prohibit the conditioning of any permit, lease, or other use agreement on the transfer, relinquishment, or other impairment of any water right to the United States by the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture. "Water Rights Protection Act"

H.R. 1308 (Hastings of Washington), To amend the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972 to reduce predation on endangered Columbia River salmon and other nonlisted species, and for other purposes. "Endangered Salmon and Fisheries Predation Prevention Act"

The Subcommittee on Fisheries, Wildlife, Oceans and Insular Affairs was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 1308 by unanimous consent.

Adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a vote of 22 yeas and 16 nays.
