  • H.R. 2944 (Grijalva), To withdraw certain Federal lands and interests located in Pima and Santa Cruz counties, Arizona, from the mining and mineral leasing laws of the United States, and for other purposes.  "Southern Arizona Public Lands Protection Act of 2009"
  • H.R. 3914 (Salazar), To designate certain lands in San Miguel, Ouray, and San Juan Counties, Colorado, as wilderness, and for other purposes.  "San Juan Mountains Wilderness Act of 2009"
  • H.R. 4003 (Hinchey), To direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource study to evaluate resources in the Hudson River Valley in the State of New York to determine the suitability and feasibility of establishing the site as a unit of the National Park System, and for other purposes.  "Hudson River Valley Special Resource Study Act"
