- H.R. 481 (Oberstar), To revise the authorized route of the North Country National Scenic Trail in northeastern Minnesota to include existing hiking trails along Lake Superior's north shore and in Superior National Forest and Chippewa National Forest. "North Country National Scenic Trail Route Adjustment Act of 2009"
- H.R. 685 (Clay), To require a study of the feasibility of establishing the United States Civil Rights Trail System. "United States Civil Rights Trail System Act of 2009"
- H.R. 1593 (Larsen), To amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Washington, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
- H.R. 2167 (Cuellar), To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study to assess the suitability and feasibility of designating certain lands as the Los Caminos del Rio National Heritage Corridor.
- H.R. 2806 (Hastings), To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to adjust the boundary of the Stephen Mather Wilderness and the North Cascades National Park in order to allow the rebuilding of a road outside of the floodplain while ensuring that there is no net loss of acreage to the Park or the Wilderness.
