  • H.R. 481 (Musgrave), To further the purposes of the Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site Establishment Act of 2000. "Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site Trust Act of 2005"
  • H.R. 1492 (Thomas), To provide for the preservation of the historic confinement sites where Japanese Americans were detained during World War II, and for other purposes.
