COMMITTEE ACTION:

The Committee on Natural Resources met in an open markup session on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, and considered the following bills:

H.R. 1192 (Lummis), To extend the current royalty rate for soda ash. "Soda Ash Royalty Extension, Job Creation, and Export Enhancement Act of 2011"

The Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 1192 by unanimous consent.

Adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives, as amended, by a roll call vote of 27 yeas and 10 nays.
