- H.R. 673 (Grijalva), To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction allowable with respect to income attributable to domestic production activities in Puerto Rico
- H.R. 1575 (Stupak), To reaffirm and clarify the Federal relationship of the Burt Lake Band as a distinct federally recognized Indian Tribe, and for other purposes. "Burt Lake Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians Reaffirmation Act"
- H.R. 2120 (Rahall), To direct the Secretary of the Interior to proclaim as reservation for the benefit of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians a parcel of land now held in trust by the United States for that Indian tribe.
