- H.R. 410 (Renzi), To provide for a land exchange in the State of Arizona between the Secretary of Agriculture and Yavapai Ranch Limited Partnership. "Northern Arizona Land Exchange and Verde River Basin Partnership Act of 2005"
- H.R. 599 (Udall), To provide a source of funds to carry out restoration activities on Federal lands under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes. "Federal Lands Restoration, Enhancement, Public Education, and Information Resources Act of 2005"
- H.R. 975 (Tancredo), To provide consistent enforcement authority to the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Forest Service to respond to violations of regulations regarding the management, use, and protection of public lands under the jurisdiction of these agencies, and for other purposes. "TRAIL Act"
