H.R. 822, To enhance ecosystem protection and the range of outdoor opportunities protected by law
in the Skykomish River valley of the State of Washington by designating certain lower-elevation 
Federal lands as wilderness, and for other purposes.
H.R. 4806, To provide for a land exchange involving Federal lands in the Lincoln National Forest in 
the State of New Mexico, and for other purposes.
H.R. 4838, To establish a Healthy Forest Youth Conservation Corps to provide a means by which 
young adults can carry out rehabilitation and enhancement projects to prevent fire and suppress 
fires, rehabilitate public land affected or altered by fires, and provide disaster relief, and for other 
purposes.
