H.R. 2202 (Mr. Rehberg) To convey the Lower Yellowstone Irrigation Project, the Savage Unit of the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program, and the Intake Irrigation Project to the pertinent irrigation districts. "Lower Yellowstone Reclamation Projects Conveyance Act" (Subject to discharge from the Subcommittee on Water and Power.)
H.R. 4601 (Mr. Defazio) To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of Bureau of Land Management land in Douglas County, Oregon, to the county to improve management of and recreational access to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, and for other purposes. (Subject to discharge from the Subcommittee on National Parks, Recreation and Public Lands.)
H.R. 4912 (Mr. Tancredo) To increase the penalties to be imposed for a violation of fire regulations applicable to the public lands, National Park System lands, or National Forest System lands when the violation results in damage to public or private property, to specify the purpose for which collected fines may be used, and for other purposes. (Subject to discharge from the Subcommittee on National Parks, Recreation and Public Lands and the Subcommittee on Forests and Forest Health.)
H.R. 5319 (Mr. McInnis) To improve the capacity of the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior to expeditiously address wildfire prone conditions on National Forest System lands and other public lands that threaten communities, watersheds, and other at-risk landscapes through the establishment of expedited environmental analysis procedures under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, to establish a predecisional administrative review process for the Forest Service, to expand fire management contracting authorities, to authorize appropriations for hazardous fuels reduction projects, and for other purposes. "Healthy Forests Reform Act of 2002"
H.R. 5399 (Mrs. Capps) To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain water distribution systems of the Cachuma Project, California, to the Carpinteria Valley Water District and the Montecito Water District. "Carpinteria and Montecito Water Distribution Systems Conveyance Act of 2002" (Subject to discharge from the Subcommittee on Water and Power.)
H.R. 5460 (Mr. Calvert) To reauthorize and amend the Federal Water Project Recreation Act, and for other purposes.
