The Committee on Natural Resources met in an open markup session on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, and considered the following bills:

H.R. 725 (Pastor), To protect Indian arts and crafts through the improvement of applicable criminal proceedings, and for other purposes.  "Indian Arts and Crafts Amendments Act of 2009"

Favorably reported to the House of Representatives by voice vote.

The Subcommittee on Water and Power was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 2288.
