Garamendi Amendment #072 to Tipton Amendment #001 (Failed 14-26. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would require at least 60% of materials used in oil and natural gas production as a result of the underlying bill be manufactured in the United States after enactment of the act. This unreasonable requirement could delay energy production and significantly increase the cost to American consumers.

This amendment would require a USGS study and report on the underlying legislation’s impact to water quantity and quality.

Holt Amendment #001 (Failed 15-26. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would require the underlying legislation have no effect unless the Congressional Budget Office produced a report demonstrating the legislation would result in net increase in revenues to the Federal Government.
