H.R. 3764 (Rep. Rob Bishop), To provide that an Indian group may receive Federal acknowledgment as an Indian tribe only by an Act of Congress, and for other purposes. “Tribal Recognition Act of 2015”
The Subcommittee on Indian, Insular and Alaska Native Affairs was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 3764 by unanimous consent. 

H.R. 3764, as amended, was adopted and favorably reported to the House of Representatives by a roll call vote of 23 yeas and 13 nays.
