Bishop and Gohmert Letter to Director Dan Ashe

WASHINGTON, D.C., November 18, 2016 - TO: Director Dan Ashe

FROM: Chairman Rob Bishop and Chairman Louie Gohmert

In an effort to implement the 22011 Executive Order, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (FERC) Office of Energy Projects and FWS entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on March 30, 2011.
