This bill would ensure that a proper balance is achieved with conservation activities and military readiness activities on America’s military installations.

This amendment would make technical changes and clarifies the scope of the bill. This amendment ensures that all conservation activities occurring on a Department of Defense military installation are part of a Department of Defense Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan.
