To designate the exclusive economic zone of the United States as the "Ronald Wilson Reagan Exclusive Economic Zone of the United States" (H.R. 553)

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 31, 2013 -

Reporting H.R. 553 Out of Committee (Agreed to by Unanimous Consent)
This bipartisan legislation would designate the U.S. Exclusive Economic Zone as the Ronald Wilson Reagan Exclusive Economic Zone.

Huffman Amendment 028 – Arbitrary and Unnecessary Condition to Bill Becoming Law – (Failed 24-14. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would make this designation virtually impossible by making it contingent on an arbitrary United Nations resolution that the United States Senate, controlled by Democrats, has yet to ratify.
