This is a quarterly report of the legislative and oversight activities of the Committee on Natural Resources during the 112th Congress. Pursuant to clause 1(d) of Rule XI and Rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives, the Committee is required to submit to the Clerk of the House a semiannual report on the legislative and oversight activities of the Committee. Included in the report are all Committee legislative and administrative hearings and markups, and the Committee oversight plan and related activities.
