Markey Amendment #004 offered by Mr. Holt – Increase Hardrock Royalty Payments (Failed 10-24. View Roll Call Vote)
This Amendment increases royalty payments on hardrock mining that would discourage investment and production of strategic and critical minerals on federal lands.
