Pursuant to the authority granted me by a vote of the Committee on March 28, 2012, I hereby give notice that I have issued a subpoena duces tecum (for documents) to the Department of the Interior. The subpoena was served today. A copy of the subpoena may be reviewed in the Committee office (1324 Longworth House Office Building) during business hours.
