This bill would create new jobs, expand American energy production and lower energy costs by ensuring that oil and natural gas resources in the National Petroleum Reserve -Alaska (NPRA) are developed and transported in a timely, efficient manner.

Lujan Amendment #001 – Require Energy Produced to Remain in the United States (Failed 18-24. View Roll Call Vote)
This amendment would require all oil and natural gas produced in the NPR-A to remain in the United States.
