  • H.R. 795 (A. Smith-NE), To expand small-scale hydropower. "Small-Scale Hydropower Enhancement Act of 2011"
  • H.R. 818 (Matheson), To direct the Secretary of the Interior to allow for prepayment of repayment contracts between the United States and the Uintah Water Conservancy District.
  • H.R. 1158 (Rehberg), To authorize the conveyance of mineral rights by the Secretary of the Interior in the State of Montana, and for other purposes. "Montana Mineral Conveyance Act"
  • H.R. 1258 (R. Bishop), To provide for the conveyance of parcels of land to Mantua, Box Elder County, Utah. "Box Elder Utah Land Conveyance Act"
  • H.R. 1421 (Boren), To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 to clarify the role of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma with regard to the maintenance of the W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam in Oklahoma.
  • H.R. 1560 (Reyes), To amend the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama and Coushatta Indian Tribes of Texas Restoration Act to allow the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tribe to determine blood quantum requirement for membership in that tribe.
  • H.R. 2011 (Lamborn), To require the Secretary of the Interior to conduct an assessment of the capability of the Nation to meet our current and future demands for the minerals critical to United States manufacturing competitiveness and economic and national security in a time of expanding resource nationalism, and for other purposes. "National Strategic and Critical Minerals Policy Act of 2011"

H.R. 241 (Gallegly), To authorize the conveyance of certain National Forest System lands in the Los Padres National Forest in California.

The Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 241 by unanimous consent.
