  • H.R. 5566 (Herseth), To facilitate the transfer of Spearfish Hydroelectric Plant Number 1 to the Spearfish, South Dakota, and for other purposes.
  • H.R. 6014 (Pombo), To authorize the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to improve California’s Sacramento/San Joaquin Delta and water supply.
  • H.R. 6029 (Radanovich), To amend the Reclamation Safety of Dams Act of 1978 to authorize improvements for the security of dams and other facilities, and for other purposes.
