Joint legislative hearing with Subcommittee on Fisheries Conservation, Wildlife and Oceans & Science Subcommittee on Environment, Technology and Standards on: 
H.R. 5395, to establish marine and freshwater research, development, and demonstration programs to supports efforts to prevent, control, and eradicative invasive species; and 
H.R. 5396, to amend the nonindeginous aquatic nuisance prevention and control act of 1990.
