H.R. 2041 (Underwood) - to amend the Organic Act of Guam to provide restitution to the people of Guam who suffered atrocities such as personal injury, forced labor, forced marches, internment, and death during the occupation of Guam in World War II, and for other purposes. H.R. 3752 (Young, AK) - to preserve the sovereignty of the United States over public lands and acquired lands owned by the United States, and to preserve State sovereignty and private rights in non-Federal lands surrounding those public lands and acquired lands. H.R. 3862 (Chenoweth) - to amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to clarify the intent of Congress and ensure that any person having any economic interest that is directly or indirectly harmed by a designation of critical habitat may bring a citizen's suit under that Act.
