LEGISLATIVE HEARING ON:

  • H.R. 3388 (Langevin), To amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of the Beaver, Chipuxet, Queen, Wood, and Pawcatuck Rivers in the States of Connecticut and Rhode Island for study for potential addition to the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other purposes. "Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed Protection Act"
  • H.R. 3874 (Noem), To provide for the conveyance of eight cemeteries that are located on National Forest System land in Black Hills National Forest, South Dakota. "Black Hills Cemetery Act"
  • H.R. 4039 (Amodei), To convey certain Federal land to the city of Yerington, Nevada. "Yerington Land Conveyance and Sustainable Development Act"
  • H.R. 4073 (Lamborn), To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to accept the quitclaim, disclaimer, and relinquishment of a railroad right of way within and adjacent to Pike National Forest in El Paso County, Colorado, originally granted to the Mt. Manitou Park and Incline Railway Company pursuant to the Act of March 3, 1875.
  • H.R. 4193 (Stivers), To provide that there shall be no net increase in the acres of certain Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, or the Forest Service unless the Federal budget is balanced for the year in which the land would be purchased. "Land Acquisition to cut National Debt Act"
  • H.R. 4222 (Grijalva), To provide for the conveyance of certain land inholdings owned by the United States to the Tucson Unified School District and to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, and for other purposes.
